The first step to creating your new home is customizing a floorplan that suites your lifestyle. Everyone has different needs, so it’s important to create what’s right for you. The floor plan is like the skeleton of your home. Its basic framework needs to fit your lifestyle. From large, open-floor layouts and ramblers, to town home styles and family houses, you're in control of your home's functionality. You'll work with our design consultants to tailor your perfect floor plan.
Build
Once the plans and permits are in place and ready to go, it's now time to watch your dream home become a reality. The construction phase of a home can feel slow. It’s your dream home! We understand! But parts of it will happen in the blink of an eye. A Frans Construction project manager will be there to consult if you have any questions. They’ll assist you in understanding the unique phases of home construction so that you can follow along as we build.
Finalize
Once construction is complete, you'll be guided through your new home to ensure it exceeds both building standards and your personal expectations. If there are problems, corrections will be made quickly to ensure you are able to move in as soon as possible. The kitchen appliances, siding, garage doors, and many other products we use come with warranties. We’ll pass them over to you so you can protect your dream home for years to come.
